The national patent diploma<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The national patent diploma (or DNB)<\/span>\u00a0attests to the acquisition of general knowledge at the end of the College.<\/span> the<\/span> patent does not give access to a higher class at the end of third<\/span> : the two decisions, <\/span>attribution of the diploma and orientation, are<\/span> dissociated.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>


What are the conditions for obtaining the National Diploma of<\/span> Patent?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h6>

For school candidates, obtaining the national brevet diploma (DNB) is linked to the<\/span> mastery of the common base of knowledge, skills and culture and at the<\/span>x results<\/span> obtained in the tests of a final examination.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>


Mastery of the common base<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h6>


Mastery of the common core of knowledge, skills and culture is based<\/span> on the assessment of the level achieved in each of the four knowledge objectives and<\/span> skills in the first domain (<\/span>L<\/span>languages for thinking and communicating)<\/span> and<\/span> in each of the other four areas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>


The eight components of the common base taken into account are therefore<\/span> :<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

  • Understand, express yourself using the French language orally and<\/span> the writing<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Understand, express yourself using a foreign language and, where appropriate, a<\/span>
    regional language<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Understand, express yourself using mathematical, scientific and<\/span>
    computer<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Understand, express yourself using the languages of the a<\/span>rts and body<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Methods and tools for learning<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • The formation of the person and the citizen<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Natural systems and technical systems<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Representations of the world and human activity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>


    These different components are evaluated according to a scale<\/span> at four levels<\/span> : mastery<\/span> insufficient,<\/span> mastery<\/span> brittle,<\/span> mastery<\/span> satisfactory<\/span> and<\/span> very<\/span> good<\/span> mastery.<\/span> the<\/span> positioning on this scale is carried out over time<\/span><\/span> evaluations carried out throughout the cycle<\/span> 4<\/span><\/span> by teachers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>


    For each of the eight components of the common base taken into account, the candidate<\/span> gets<\/span> :<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • 10 points for the \u201cinsufficient mastery\u201d level,<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • 25 points for the<\/span> \u201cfragile mastery\u201d level,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 40 points for the \u201csatisfactory mastery\u201d level,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 50 points for the \u201cvery good command\u201d level.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Mastery of the common core is noted on<\/span> 400 dots<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>


      Students who have taken a<\/span> education<\/span> optional<\/span> (Latin or German)<\/span> benefit from<\/span> off<\/span> :<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p>

      • 10 points if the learning objectives of cycle 4 are achieved<\/span> ;<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • 20 points if these objectives are exceeded.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Final exam tests<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h6>


        For school candidates, the exam includes<\/span> 5<\/span> compulsory tests<\/span> :<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/p>

        • A<\/span> oral test<\/span> : each student presents a project carried out in art history or<\/span>
          as part of an EPI or one of the educational paths (future path,<\/span>
          educational health<\/span>, course of artistic and cultural education).<\/span> 100 dots<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Four written tests<\/span> :<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          • French<\/span> 100 dots<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Math<\/span> 100 dots<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Story<\/span>\u2013<\/span>geography and moral and civic education<\/span> 50 dots<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Physics<\/span>\u2013<\/span>chemistry, life and earth sciences, technology<\/span> :<\/span>
            2 disciplines out of 3)<\/span> 50 dots<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>


            The final tests are marked in total on<\/span> 4<\/span>00 dots<\/span>.
