DESANKA WILLOT
<\/b>Primary School Director<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/h5>

Before joining the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais International de Malaga, Desanka Willot worked for many years as a school principal in Nogent-sur-Marne, in the Val-de-Marne region. She then continued her career abroad at the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais de Santiago, Chile, where she led the kindergarten and its 19 classes.
With this rich experience in France and internationally, she joined the LFIM as a primary school director, thus obtaining her first choice of assignment.
Dedicated, rigorous and close to both teaching teams and families, she puts her expertise to work providing caring and demanding support, for the benefit of each student.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Aur\u00e9lie joined LFIM in 2023 as a kindergarten teacher. Prior to that, she worked in Toulouse at an IME (Medical-Educational Institute), where she developed an inclusive approach tailored to the specific needs of children.
She also taught in the Dominican Republic, a significant experience that strengthened her sensitivity to teaching in an international context.

Present at the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais International de Malaga since 2008, Conchi Gomez is a pillar of the nursery team. Before joining the LFIM, she worked as an ASEM in France, after obtaining her early childhood diploma from the Versailles Academy.
Always committed and caring, she devotes her career to children with passion and dedication. Having qualified as a primary school teacher ten years ago, Sophia began her career in Strasbourg, where she taught for two years. Driven by a desire to explore bilingual education, she continued her career abroad: three years in Ecuador at an AEFE network institution, then four years at the Jeannine Manuel School in London, renowned for its academic excellence.
\nHaving lived in Malaga for almost two years, Sophia is thriving at the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais, where she teaches kindergarten and also offers EMILE courses in English, combining active teaching and international awareness.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Born in Versailles to a Spanish-Moroccan pied-noir father and a French mother, Karen Pons has a rich and multicultural background. She arrived in Malaga in 1995 on an eight-month university scholarship... which marked the beginning of a lifelong attachment to the city! Before joining the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais, she taught at the Blabla and Co Language Academy in Malaga.
In 2001, she joined the high school as a resource person in cycle 3, while preparing for the primary school teacher exam. After a year of training at the IUFM des Hauts-de-Seine in France, she returned permanently to Malaga in 2004 to teach primary school.
Dedicated, passionate and deeply attached to her establishment, Karen is one of the pillars of LFIM.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Present at the French International School of Malaga since 2003, initially as a substitute, Marie-Laure Credy has officially held the position of ASEM since 2004.
Before joining LFIM, she gained valuable experience in Morocco.

Holder of a Master's degree in MEEF (Teaching, Education and Training Professions) and the CRPE (Recruitment Competition for School Teachers), she puts her skills to the service of young people with rigor, kindness and creativity.

Holder of a Master's degree in French as a Foreign Language (FLE) and certified at level C2 in Spanish, she uses her linguistic expertise and solid experience to support kindergarten students in their fundamental learning.

Romaric joined LFIM in 2020 as a kindergarten teacher, where he currently teaches in Grande Section.
Prior to this, he taught French as a foreign language at the Alliance Fran\u00e7aise since 2016, developing a lively and intercultural teaching approach. He holds a Master's degree in MEEF (Teaching, Education, and Training Professions), a Master's degree in FLE, and a Bachelor's degree in English. He also holds a C1 (CAE) level in English, certified by Cambridge.
Romaric also worked as a French teaching assistant for two years in England, a formative experience that fueled his interest in teaching in an international environment. Today, he puts his expertise to work with young people, combining kindness, high standards, and linguistic openness, starting in kindergarten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Kika joined the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais de Malaga in 2011, initially as a substitute bus attendant and as a preschool ASEM (Assistant Teacher). In 2016, she became a full-time teacher at the school. Thriving in her role with the youngest members of the family, she is proud to have found her calling. A former LFIM student, Dominique Vergara joined the teaching team in 2007 as a kindergarten Spanish teacher, a position she held until 2014. She then continued her professional career in the United States until 2020. Back at LFIM, she taught Spanish and English in elementary school from 2020 to 2022, before devoting herself fully to teaching English since 2022.
Dominique holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Foreign Language Teaching (French and English). Her international experience and her knowledge of the LFIM as both a student and a teacher greatly enrich her teaching practice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Julia joined LFIM in 2019 as a lunchtime instructor, while also providing Spanish language replacements. In September 2023, she officially joined the teaching team as a Spanish teacher. Holding a degree in education (magist\u00e8re) and a master's degree in early attention, she also spent eight months in France learning the language. Julia uses her training and multicultural experiences to offer a lively, caring teaching style tailored to the needs of each student.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Carlos Redondo<\/h3>

Carlos joined the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais International de Malaga in 2017. Before that, he spent several years teaching through sport, coaching youth football teams \u2013 from alev\u00edn to juvenil categories \u2013 at renowned clubs such as Granada 74, Granada Base, Granada CF and Sporting Vegas del Genil.
A graduate in early childhood education, a Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) teacher, and a UEFA A-certified football coach, Carlos combines rigorous teaching with a passion for sport. A musician in his spare time, he enjoys incorporating creativity and teamwork into his educational practice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Nakassi Jeanjean joined the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais International de Malaga in 2017, after teaching in Gran Canaria and then in Indonesia. Passionate about musical pedagogy and choral singing, she notably initiated the project in Asia Chorasis<\/em> : choir meetings bringing together French high schools in the region, promoting cultural exchange through music.

The nursery school welcomes children from 3 years old, it isa single cycle of education (nursery, middle and senior). It adapts to the needs and specificities of all young students, including those with disabilities, to support their schooling. Respecting the biological rhythms of young children is essential, in order to facilitate early learning.
Throughout early childhood, affects, attachment, and socialization are built, the foundations for acquiring fundamental social skills. By reinforcing consideration of the emotional dimension of relationships, nursery school gives children the confidence they need to approach the rest of their schooling with serenity.<\/p>

Preschool is a school that adapts to young children and organizes specific learning methods: learning through playing, thinking, solving problems, practicing, remembering and memorizing.
It is a school where children will learn together and live together: understand the function of the school, build themselves as a unique person within a group.
