France and Spain have signed agreements for the mutual recognition of higher education diplomas.<\/h6><\/div>

The current reference text is the Agreement of 16 November 2006 or the Girona Agreement on the recognition of titles and degrees in higher education. It defines the procedure to be followed in the event of wishing to pursue higher education in one or other of the States, and the steps to be taken in order to exercise a regulated profession.<\/p>
