1st prize Vincent PELLEGRINI 14 years old

"My most familiar windows are not only those of my house. Through my window, it is my city and my world, it is Vienna and the books that I wanted to merge and bring together. Thus, this photograph of the window of a book exchange house, located in Grinzing, in the neighborhood of the kindergarten of the French Lycée of Vienna, constitutes a self-portrait that mirrors the culture of books and the nature of the tree, which extends its branches to them like so many shelves."

2nd prize Calie ROBERT 12 years old

"From this window on Gorée Island, I see the vast sea and the port of Dakar in the distance. Long ago, slaves gazed at this horizon one last time before being torn from their land. Looking out this window, I think of my Senegalese origins and everything this island has been through."

3rd prize Thaddée COLLE 14 years old

"Sitting in the car, I quickly capture this landscape full of contrasts. Before me stretches a heavy sky, still tormented by the traces of a storm that has just passed. The dark clouds pile up, diffusing a gray and threatening light on the soggy road. Behind me, another world appears: a golden sky, bright, where the sun pierces with its last rays. The rearview mirror acts like an open window onto a luminous past that I have just left, while before me spreads the uncertainty of a path still plunged in shadow."

4th prize "Coup de cœur" Paloma FITAMANT PEREZ 16 years old

"Nostalgia haunts me like a disease for which I am grateful. It is these moments that I am unable to express in words that I capture with photographs. These instants, where the harmony of the senses reigns, light my path, and remembering them helps me project myself into the future with clarity, like when you open the window of a dark room and let in rays of sunlight that caress your skin with warm tenderness, like a Hopper painting."
