Check presentation to the Fundación Olivares – A solidarity race filled with hope
On Friday, May 16, 2025, the entire school community of the French International School of Malaga mobilized for our annual charity raceThis year, students, teachers, families and staff ran with their hearts to support a cause that is particularly close to our hearts: helping children with cancer and their families, alongside the Olivares Foundation.
Thanks to everyone's energy and generosity, almost 1,500 euros were collected. A wonderful demonstration of collective commitment, which was officially presented this Wednesday during a ceremony at the high school.
The check presentation took place in the presence of:

Mr. Patrice Outin, Principal of LFIM
Mr. Olivier Pagès, CPE
Mr. Anthony Lerouge, Director of the agency I buy in Spain in Malaga, official sponsor of this edition
And Liam, a CM1 student, who proudly represented his classmates. After a moving speech of thanks, he presented the check on behalf of the entire school community.
This highlight was an opportunity to recall that solidarity and empathy are at the heart of our educational mission.
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative: the students for their enthusiasm, the teachers for their guidance, the families for their support, and our partners for their generosity.
Together we did much more than run: We brought a little hope where it was so needed. 💛
